Our rotating single origin is for the serious coffee lover who is interested in enjoying and learning about the best coffees the world has to offer throughout the year. We source our single origin beans based on the best of the freshest coffee available in the world market at any given time. Then we thoughtfully roast it to bring out its best qualities. Here at Freedom Hill, we taste all our coffees regularly to maintain quality, but it’s the unique flavors and characteristics of single origins that make us fall in love with coffee over and over again. This is a great selection for a coffee subscription if you like trying different coffees throughout the year.  

This fuller-bodied, low acid coffee is aromatic with floral notes and hints of toasted nut, lightly sweet and clean on the palette. We have roasted this selection just a touch lighter than medium to bring out the best in it.
