RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with your apparel or gear, we do accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise only. Just email us at info@freedomhillcoffee.com to get started. Coffee cannot be returned due to its perishable nature. That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us right away if there is something wrong and we will do our best to make it right.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If any items in your order arrived damaged, we would like to replace those for you. We just ask that you send us a photo of the box or envelope, as well as a photo of the damaged item(s) so we can send them to our carrier for a claim.
